We continue to see fraudulent websites & social media ads popping up with our boots significantly discounted. These websites mimic and have a similar aesthetic to our own home page.

What to look out for.

Examples of fake websites we have seen made by scammers over the past year.
bogus.com, bogsstores.com, bogseoutlets.com, bogsoutletus.com, bogsblackfriday.com, store.bogsusonline.com - We do not have any online outlet or discount shops.
- Check the reviews on the website you are shopping
- The contact email is from a commercial email provider (Hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.).
- Poorly written, vague, or nonexistent policies (shipping, refund, etc.).
- Don’t enter payment information unless a site’s URL starts with "https://" or the browser window shows a closed padlock.
- If the price of our boots look too good to be true, it probably is.
